as the US continues to morph into a police state, a la the USSR, no one will want its dollars anymore. The dollar won’t be the world’s reserve currency. We will look like Argentina not Japan. You are already seeing Argentina happening at the State and Local level (they can’t print money) so they sell off assets and infrastructure to raise cash to meet current expenses. When the USSA gets to the point it can no longer sell bonds and begins selling off infrastructure instead, watch out. Hyperinflation follows. Its not an instantaneous trading event but a long-term trend….
