In the Bible: Three Days and Nights Before the Creation of the Sun

This is a new series (1-19) of Verse No. in the Bible versus the Quran.

Verse No. 19 in the Old Testament says: And there was evening and there was morning, the fourth day.

Verse No. 19 in the New Testament says Because Joseph her husband was a righteous man and did not want to expose her to public disgrace, he had in mind to divorce her quietly.

Verse No. 19 in the Noble Quran says: are not they indeed the mischief-makers? but they perceive not.

—————-

The verse No.19 in the Old Testament is Genesis 1:19

The verse continues talking about the creation of the heavens and the earth, it says: And there was evening and there was morning, the fourth day.

Now, in the process of the creation of the heavens and the earth, We are in the fourth day after God has created the sun and the moon in that fourth day.

Hence, we have three days passed with three evenings and three mornings.  These first three days with their three evenings and three mornings happened before the creation of the sun and the moon (See articles 9-18 of this series).

How would or could that happened?

—————-

The verse No.19 in the New Testament is Matthew 1:19

The verse continues talking about the Genealogy of Jesus Christ, and Matthew lists Jesus’ ancestors, the verse says: Because Joseph her husband was a righteous man and did not want to expose her to public disgrace, he had in mind to divorce her quietly or it says: And her husband Joseph, being a just man and unwilling to put her to shame, resolved to divorce her quietly

Here again, the Bible deals with Saint Mary as if she was an ordinary woman. She was pledged to be married to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be pregnant and because he was a righteous and a jut man and unwilling to put her to shame, he did not want to expose her to public disgrace. So, he decided to divorce Saint Mary!

On the other hand, the Muslims’ faith about Saint Mary, peace be upon her; is that

She lived and died as a “Pure, Untouched, and an Outstanding Virgin Woman”. although the Bible  insists that she was pledged to be married to Joseph, then she married him and then she had babies from him and then those babies are the brothers of God!

—————-

Verse No.19 in the Noble Quran is Chapter 2:12,

Surah AL-BAQARA (THE COW), 2:12

The verse says:

Verses 2:8-20 are talking about the hypocrites

Verse 2:8 (See article 15) states that the hypocrites say: ‘we believe in Allah and the last day, ‘ yet they are not believers.

Verse 2:9 (See article 16) says: They think to beguile Allah and those who believe, and they beguile none save themselves; but they perceive not.

Verse 2:10 (See article 17) says: “There is a sickness in their (the hypocrites) hearts which Allah has increased; for them there is a painful punishment because they lie.”

Verse 2:11 (See article 18) says: when it is said to them: Do not corrupt in the land;  they (the hypocrites) say: we are only reformers.

The verse 2:12 continues talking about the hypocrites; it says: are not they indeed the mischief-makers? but they perceive not.

The meaning of verse 2:12

They are indeed the mischief mongers by being a hindrance.

Truly they are the agents of corruption, but they perceive, this, not.

but they do not perceive; They herein refers to both the hypocrites and their followers. The hypocrites do not sense that they are the agents of corruption. their followers do not know that their leaders mislead them.

Voices Can Change the World

Voice talent Dave Christi runs an organization comprising of professional voice talent working towards bringing awareness and an end to one of the worlds most evil atrocities, genocide, particularly, the genocide in the Darfur region of western Sudan.

A genocide literally means that an entire group of people, or, in many cases, the majority of a population, is annihilated without just cause. The motives behind these genocides often revolve around religion, politics and ethnicity with hate as the catalyst.

Genocide is defined as: The deliberate and systematic destruction of a racial, political, or cultural group

You may recall the genocide in Rwanda in 1994. At the time, Canadian Lieutenant-General Romeo Dallaire was in the then war-torn Rwanda with a UN peacekeeping mission. While he was there, he heard that there was going to be a genocide. In this country, there are two distinct groups of people, the Hutu people and the Tutsi people, the latter being the minority and also considered the aristocracy.

To give you an extremely brief summary of what happened, the Tutsi people suffered a genocide at the hands of the Hutu while the world turned a blind eye. Between April 6th and July 16th 1994, over 800,000 Tutsi men, women, and children along with moderate Hutus were slaughtered over a period of 100 days – a massacre which has been likened to a modern Reign of Terror.

I happened to have the opportunity to attend a moving presentation a couple of years ago that screened a documentary about the Rwandan genocide in London. Major Brent Beardsley, who served as the personal staff officer to LGen Romeo Dallaire in Rwanda, was there to share what he saw of the massacre first hand and how if the UN had only continued to provide support to their peacekeepers, the genocide may have been stopped.

Several survivors from the genocide were there and spoke that evening, many of whom were the only living members of their family, letting us as Canadians know how much it meant to them that Romeo Dallaire and his troops did not pull out or abandon them when the United Nations and the rest of the world did.

Romeo Dallaire and his troops defied the UN in order to defend the people of Rwanda, and the battle they fought has made the term genocide very real.

The question Romeo Dallaire asks is “Are all humans human? Or… are some humans more human than others?”

What is going on in Darfur is eerily familiar… it is a genocide.

In our human history, we have seen genocides before Darfur and Rwanda, although, sometimes they are known by other names. Remember what happened to the Jewish people during World War II? The Holocaust, as termed by the British government, is a genocide. Millions of Jewish people were brutally murdered by the Nazi regime.

History repeats itself, but as we also know of history, we can learn from it to change the world. While it is true that not everyone can be at ground zero, there are things that you can still do from home.

When I heard about what Dave Christi had started, my heart broke for the people of Darfur and I wanted to see his purpose and the mission of his colleagues uplifted and shared with you.

I was fortunate to have an interview with Dave earlier this week.

Stephanie: What inspired you to start this project?

Dave Christi: A while ago, I happened upon an article online about a recent trip that a celebrity had taken to Darfur. Then another person on another trip. Then another and another. I wondered, “What’s going on in Darfur?” I always knew that there were problems in Africa, but I never knew to what extent. A quick Internet search later, I found more information.

I was horrified. Not just by the atrocities happening there, but by my own ignorance of the gravity of the situation. I couldn’t figure out why I hadn’t heard more about this on mainstream national news outlets.

I petitioned my congressman and signed the petition to the president and so on, but I didn’t feel like I was doing enough. I don’t have sacks of cash lying around, so I decided to donate my talents as a voiceover artist and copywriter. Then, I figured there may be one or two other voiceover talents that would like to contribute in the same way.

Stephanie: Do you offer services to charitable organizations directly, or do they need to find you first and ask?

Dave: The website and concept are both still in their infancy. My vision is to offer voiceover services to non-profits that may need a PSA read, or a presentation narrated.

Also, since I am a writer, I am putting together a series of PSAs for radio. As far as I can tell, there is a serious LACK of media coverage of this genocide. I’ll be contacting human rights organizations to ask them what we can do to help.

Stephanie: How many people are involved with the project?

Dave: This is the truly amazing part. I made this project public when I had the first PSA script written. That was on Monday, December 11. Just a few days later and I have over 20 voiceover talents who have helped on the PSA and many more that have expressed an interest in donating their voices for future projects.

I am now looking for others that can help with administration.

Stephanie: Do you have a mission statement?

Dave: Not an official statement, but the mission is 3-fold:

1. Donating voiceover work to non-profits who raise money/awareness for the crisis in Darfur.

2. Drive website traffic through our website to sites that accept donations.

3. Creating effective PSA’s to distribute to radio stations to help raise public awareness of the crisis in Darfur.

Stephanie: Do you have a blog to promote your project?

Dave: The entire website is setup on blogging software. I found this the easiest way to organize the fluid content of the site. So, yes, a blog is in place.

Stephanie: What is the demand for a service like yours?

Dave: I feel the demand could be quite great. Like any “for-profit” business, charities need to market themselves. This means they need voice work. UNLIKE a “for-profit” business, charities don’t have large marketing budgets. Every penny they have to spend is one less penny that goes toward their cause. If an organization like ours can lower their bottom line just a bit, I feel like we’ve been successful.

Stephanie: What does a typical client of your service look like?

Dave: Right now there is just one focus. Darfur. I am running the organization as a one man show right now. If I’m successful with charities that help Darfur, then I’d like to expand to domestic children’s charities.

Stephanie: Do you have a case study on hand that people could relate to?

Dave: The only case study I have right now is my own. The abuse of human rights in Darfur as been going on since 2003. Why was I unaware until the end of 2006? Why is it that my local and national media saw fit to educate me on every tedious detail of TomKat’s relationship, yet the stories of the suffering of the Darfuri people go unaired and unpublished?

Stephanie: How would someone go about getting a talent to record their message? Can clients pick their preferred voice from your base of volunteer talent or do talent view opportunities and respond if interested?

Dave: Right now I am collecting names of those interested in donating and I’m still researching charities that would need work done. Come to think of it, Voices.com has a lot of experience in getting voices and people who need voices together.

Stephanie: What qualifies to be recorded for free through your service? Are there any restrictions?

Dave: I want to ensure that the charities that use Voices for a Change are legitimate. In the US, that would simply mean faxing a copy of their 501(c)(3) to us before they would be given access to our services. The other requirement is that their charitable efforts go toward delivering relief to, raising public awareness for, and encouraging media and government response for the genocide in Darfur.

Stephanie: How can people get involved?

Dave: Even those who do not wish to donate their voices may still help the people of Darfur. Talk to your congressman. Talk to your local media. Talk to your friends. Be A Witness said it very well; “You can’t stop a genocide if you don’t know about it.”

Stephanie: Thank you Dave for your time and for sharing this mission with us at Voices.

Dave: Thank you for the opportunity.

A Nontoxic Approach To Alternative Treatments For Head Lice

We are fortunate that we now live in a world that for most ailments there is a medicinal cure. Many age-old complaints are being treated, or at least their symptoms can be treated, so they do not bother people anymore. But as the medicines get better so does the bacteria get stronger and become more immune to it. Head lice have been around forever and recent advances in medicine brought about a variety of treatments that has been able to get rid of them. Unfortunately, head louse can from time to time adapt to these medicines, so when this happens it is time to turn to alternative treatments for head lice techniques.

No More Chemicals

Alternative treatments for head lice are a surefire way of treating them, and alternative treatments will also help reduce the need for the chemicals found in medicine off of your head. Many of them are found to be harmless, but there is at least one (lindane found in the medicine Kwell) which is known to be toxic, in particular to children and seniors. If using an alternative treatment for head nits it can be cheaper than purchasing medicine, but first you should know some techniques to get rid of the head nits without the use of medicine.

One of the quickest and easiest methods to naturally remove head lice is to warm up a towel in your dryer for 20-30 minutes. Wrap the warm towel around your head, and the heat should be sufficient to kill both the lice and their eggs, ending the infestation in a matter of minutes. It does leave a bit of a window open for some nits (louse eggs) to survive if you’re not careful. Therefore, you can consider another option for an alternative treatment for head lice like olive oil. Massage olive oil into the scalp and let it sit there for ten minutes before washing out. The Olive oil smothers the head lice so they can’t breathe. If you do use olive oil, you’ll also need to perform head lice egg removal.

The best method in carrying out head lice egg removal is by using a warm towel, and then proceeding with the use of olive oil to ensure that none of them hatch. When combing through the hair use a nit comb or if you do not have one a very fine toothed comb. As you can see, there are several easy and cheap methods for alternative treatments for head lice, and they don’t involve rubbing toxic chemicals into your scalp. As always, you’ll need to check for nits every few days for a couple of weeks to make sure that none survived, but you would need to do that as well if you used medicine.

Philippines Outsourcing Forecast in 2008

A LOT happened in 2007, it is mixed with good and bad scenario. Investment continues to be a big wave in spite of the political bickering which cannot be set aside. Despite the odds in the Philippine business arena, the country continues to spread its wing and gain reputation from the potential foreign investors. The Philippine government hurdle the trials in surviving from the economic dilemma last year, but ready to face the New Year.

In line with this, one of the most talked about forecast in the Philippine economy is about outsourcing industry. The question is, if what would the forecast in this industry be in the current year and beyond. Contact centers contributed millions of pesos as per recorded by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and other concerned government agencies. Graduates easily landed on a job because of the opportunity it offers to the Filipino people. It is exceptional knowledge that English proficiency and outstanding customer service skills are among of the few reasons why Filipinos are known to this.

Based on the 10-point agenda highlighted by President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, and to quote: "The creation of six million jobs in six years via more opportunities given to entrepreneurs, tripling of the amount of loans for lending to small and medium enterprises and the development of one to two million hectares of land for agricultural business."

It means to say that the Philippine Government wanted to fill-in jobless Filipinos because of the outsourcing jobs. A call center in the Philippines is noted to be the answer in the crisis which is the major concerns of all government agencies from the local and the national scene. Mrs. Arroyo vowed to strengthen the operations of world class call center companies in the country.

However, if the government is serious about its plan then eliminating, or intensifying drive against graft and corruption should be done accordingly. If the country intensified its campaign against this war, it will ensure to protect the benefits of the booming economy because of the operations of largest call center companies in the country.

The Cabinet vowed today to wage an intensified campaign against graft and corruption to ensure that the benefits of the growing economy would trickle down to the people, especially the poor, unmarred by corrupt practices. To prove this campaign, the Cabinet members led by Her Excellency proposed the Presidential Anti-Graft Commission (PAGC) to crack down on grafters, including the issuance of the implementing rules and regulations of Republic Act No. 9485 or the Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007.

The President signed RA 9485 last June 2. RA 9485 states that heads of government offices are accountable to the public in rendering fast, efficient, convenient and reliable services. It also requires agencies concerned to act on pending papers within five working days involving simple transactions, and a minimum of 10 days for complex cases.

Another notable action done by the government was the call for the immediate passage of the Right to Information Act, Whistleblowers Act and House Bill 3003. The HB 3003 seeks to compel the government to publish the income tax returns of all government officials, whether they are elected or appointed, in a move to lessen if not eradicate corruption.

This is a good development because it shows that the national government is concerned about the protection of the investor no matter what happened. If the country is an investor-friendly then giving the opportunity to bind the relationship in terms of customer service business will be a great one.

Meanwhile, it is attractive also to call center investors if there will be enough allocated budget in the year 2008. In addition, the President appealed to the Congress for the passage of proposed PhP1.227-trillion national budget for 2008 the soonest possible time.

The immediate passage will not hamper the delay in the implementation of the government’s priority projects and programs.

However, news reports revealed that the Congress did not approve the proposed PhP1.227-trillion 2008 budget before it went on its Christmas recess last December as the Senate questioned the amount of P13.5-billion supposedly inserted by the House of Representatives.

Breakdown of the proposed 2008 national allocation is P91 billion higher than the 2007 general appropriations of P1.126 trillion. Of the P1.227 trillion allocations, P11.5 billion will fund infrastructure projects mentioned by the President in her State-of-the-Nation Address.

It was tackled that the national budget will focus on priority sectors like infrastructure facilities, education, health, science and technology, including housing and salary adjustments for the state workers.

With the presentation tackled above, it only means that outsourcing industry will remain as one of the top revenue contributors in the country. If the national leaders will stick on their promises, no doubt that in the shortest time allotted, the country will gather the fruits of its labor. And also, the country will continue to boost its honor as one of the top leaders in the outsourcing business.*

Indians are Expert in Corruption

Indians are expert in corruption

Dalip Singh Wasan, Advocate.

We, the people of India can teach the world and all the people who are in power the methods of collecting money beyond our recognized sources of income and concealing all from others. We are known for corruption and for taking bribes from time immemorial. Even Shri Guru Nanak Dev ji the first Guru of the Sikhs had said that during his days even Qazis was taking bribe to give his verdict and when some people raise objections, he was supporting his decision from the guidelines given in Quraan. And during this time since 15th century, we have taken more steps in this direction and now we have reached a stage when we can open a university for teaching the world at large the methods of collecting money. The people in power have discovered, invented, established and they are following the following methods for collecting money and leaving no traces of evidence on the basis of which they could be caught and brought to book:-

(1) If you are on the chair you should delay the work of people who are approaching you and in due course they shall give you money as bribe so that they could save themselves from repeated visits. This is the first method and most of the people in offices have adopted this method and they are collecting money because the people who give money do not have any complaint. They get the work done without repeated visits, wastage of time, wastage of energy and burden on their brain.

(2) Try to raise objections on the case and one should be careful that all the objections should not be raised in the first letter. We should raise objections in piecemeal. This course shall compel the person approaching you to sit with you and come to an agreement and you would be able to have a contract with him and charge money out of the money the person shall save in the deal. The state shall be at a loss and both the parties shall benefit.

(3) If you want that the man approaching you may not approach police or vigilance department, you should take the money which the man has got in his pocket and never ask him to bring money from his house and then hand over the same to you because in due course, he shall be contacting the vigilance and you could be sufferer.

(4) Here in India people give in advance, people fix money and people give money as prizes too. So all these methods are adopted by the people in India and they are doing all this voluntarily without any compulsion from the side of money takers.

(5) If you are purchasing any article on behalf of the state, people selling you shall be asking you for filling the amount in the bill or cash memo and here you can have some money and here in this case the papers are complete and none from the audit side would be able to catch you.

(6) If you are contracting on behalf of the state, you can fix commission with the person to whom contract shall be given and this amount could be upto 30 to 40 per cent. We have been told through news papers that even ministers are also collecting money through these methods and here amounts are on the higher side because the amounts of contracts are on the higher side.

(7) If you feel that some commodity of daily use is in short supply in the country, you can locate some dealer in the international market and can order supply of that commodity and here people in the international market pay huge amounts as commissions and these muddles bring huge amounts which could be collected through hawalas or the like and even arrangement is there when you can deposit these collections in some bank in a foreign country under secret bank account which money shall be available to you and also shall be available for sons and daughters.

(8) If something is surplus in the country, that article could be sent to foreign countries and here too some commissions are charged at international rates and this money too could be transacted through hawala or deposited in foreign banks under fake accounts.

(9) Here people are ready to purchase government jobs, stations of their choice, therefore, one can collect money from these government servants too.

(10) Here jobs are on sale and even promotions are on sale and if need be you can collect money by sale of jobs and promotions.

(11) Here licences, quotas and some other items are on sale and if you are the controller, you can enter this field too and huge amounts could be collected from the customers.

(12) If you are party head then you can sell party tickets and sometime even ministries are sold here. This is an additional source of income.

(13) You can allow or you should understand that the people working under you shall be collecting money through small bribes or through prescribed rates and they shall be giving you the prescribed share and you should allow this system to go on and should not try to stop this system because this system is in vogue since generations and shares are also fixed and this money shall be reaching you as per traditions. The man collecting these funds shall be distributing the money as per prescribed rates and shall be keeping his own share too.

(14) We are already expert in indulging in scams, scandals, muddles, bribes, corruption, sale of jobs, sale of licences, sale of quotas, sale of stations, sale of promotions and even people could collect money from those employees against whom disciplinary proceedings are on and they are expecting a big punishment.

(15) Have contacts and share your collections with the catching agencies so that you could be save during your tenure.

(16) Try to avoid sign any document or maintain any document which could lead you condemnation in a crime.

(17) Try to have co-ordination with all so that they too may help you and share the benefits with you.

(18) Do not raise properties in your own name because you would be facing difficulties when asked from which money had come.

(19) Try to linger on police cases, court cases when you are facing trials and try to ensure that your next term comes when most of the cases could be written off.

(20) Try to avoid to go to jail because jails are meant for small criminals and for the under trials and not for rich and powerful people. They must try to remain outside and if because of bad luck you get jail term or judicial remand, you should make it sure that you are out in some hospital and having all the facilities of normal life.

(21) You should have money and people at your disposal who could help you in time of difficulty.

(22) You should learn the art of telling lie and when caught, you should start saying that you are being victimized because of your being in the opposition groups.

These are some measures which must be adopted for collecting money through scams, scandals, muddles, bribes, corruption, commissions, sale of jobs, sale of quotas, sale of licences or through commission and you must make it sure that the people who are keeping records and files must be helping you and are making due entries at appropriate places. You should keep in mind the following lines:

‘Sachaaye chhupp bhi sakti hai agar aapas main mail ho,

Khushboo aa bhi sakkti hai agar kaghaz main tel ho”

World Of Warcraft Gold

WoW gold is necessary to buy supplies to further your trade skills. For example, if you decided to train in either alchemy or leatherworking, you will require items to make spells and armor. You can either train in a complementary gathering skill such as herbalism and skinning or use your World of Warcraft gold to purchase the necessary supplies from others.

Newer players, however, face a steep curve in trying to acquire World of Warcraft gold. Low-level monsters, like those that you will face for the first 20 or so levels, may occasionally drop a piece of silver. More often than not, however, they will drop copper or no WOW money at all. Similarly, you need to invest days of play in order to build up your trade skills to the point that you can use them to make fast gold.

At all levels of the game, there are strategies that some players and guides will advocate for making WOW gold. If your character’s level is between 20 and 30, you may try engaging in linen cloth farming in Westfall or search for cat figurines in North Darkshore to quickly make WOW gold. As your character’s level increases, there are more activities in which you can engage to make WOW gold, such as going after elite monsters.

While seeking out WOW gold through methods that do not progress the story may seem boring, there are many reasons why it is necessary. If you want to buy a mount for your character, you will need hundreds of pieces of WOW gold. More powerful weapons and armor are also particularly costly, and essential for later in the game.

Whether it’s to purchase a set of armor that will increase your strength and stamina or to buy a mount so that you can travel across the continents quickly, buying World of Warcraft gold lets you focus on the particular parts of the game that you most enjoy. If you like PvP combat but need to buy items to complete a quest, you can purchase WOW gold and buy what you need from other players. You can also try powerleveling services as a means of generating WOW gold within the game.

You can also use your World of Warcraft gold to purchase and repair your weapons and armor. Over the course of battles, your armor will become damaged, and the amount of damage that the components can receive is based on their durability. If the durability of an item reaches zero, that item will no longer be of use to you. In the case of armor, you will no longer receive the protection that it would normally afford you.

If you do not want to spend your time gathering herbs and creating potions, you can pay World of Warcraft gold to other players in the auction house. Many upper-level players who have large stashes of WOW gold will not bother to gather ingredients, as it is often more time efficient for them simply to pay a premium to other players for finished products. Regardless of your level, you can acquire World of Warcraft gold from gold providers so that you can buy the items you need to progress through the game at the speed you desire.
