America: Wake Up, Stand Up, Speak Up

In the new novel by author K. R. Smith, General George Washington encounters divine visitors during the bitter winter of 1777 while with the Continental Army encamped upon the farm of Isaac Potts near Valley Forge, Pennsylvania. In this extraordinary encounter, Washington is shown three great perils that would confront America: (1) The Revolutionary War, (2) The Civil War and (3) The third peril which was the most terrifying of all as America was attacked and invaded by foreign armies.
This third peril takes center stage in Smith’s gripping novel, The Storm Before the Calm: America & Israel at the End of Days (published by WestBow Press).

On July 7, 1775, John Adams expressed his great concern for America in part of a letter to his wife, Abigail, saying, “Our consolation must be this, my dear, that cities may be rebuilt, and a people, reduced to poverty, may acquire fresh property. But a constitution of government, once changed from freedom, can never be restored. Liberty once lost, is lost forever. When the people once surrender their share in the Legislature, and their right of defending the limitations upon the Government, and of resisting every encroachment upon them, they can never regain it.
Smith resounds John Adams’ insight in The Storm Before the Calm, with an expansive look at the dangers that lie ahead for our nation when tyranny rules the day.
Smith contends that while the U.S. and Israel are vital links in God’s agenda, they are also nations which have largely forgotten the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Overtly secular lifestyles and repudiation of God will not go unpunished, says Smith. We will reap what we sow.
The suspense-driven plotline in The Storm Before the Calm describes, in stark detail, the results of not following a national path of righteousness. Yet, it also shows God’s continuing love, mercy and protection for His people, even in the midst of great disaster.
K. R. Smith holds an evangelical Honors Master of Divinity degree, an engineering degree and a private pilot’s license. He served 11 years in U.S. Army heavy field artillery units and was a member of his group’s competitive High Power Rifle Team. He is married with two children and five grandchildren.

Hollywood Filmmaker Wants Americans To Wake Up Before It’s Too Late

While billed as necessary tools for the “War on Terror,” the Surveillance and Detainee Treatment bills passed by Congress could have dire implications for Americans who still think they live in the land of the free.

And how do we know who’s been classified as an enemy?”
In his new film America: Freedom To Fascism, Russo uncovers the government’s plan for stolen elections, a police state with a national ID card and ultimately a new world order. “The truth is this country is being forced into fascism by fear and intimidation coming from our own government,” Russo warns. “They are destroying our Constitution and the media isn’t even covering it!”
Because he believes there is little time left before all civil liberties are gone, Russo is making his film available immediately at his website even though it’s just now opening in theaters.
